Immigration Program

The Immigration Office provides assistance to foreign nationals seeking permanent resident status in the U.S. in filling out application forms, facilitating filing procedures both in the U.S. and abroad, counseling on eligibility requirements and dealing with grounds of inadmissibility that may apply to the client.

Immigration Program Goals

  • Provides assistance to immigrants needing help to legalize their Immigration status in US.

    Provide assistance to Foreign Nationals that qualify for Permanent Resident Status in the USA in completing all necessary forms, facilitating the filing procedures both in the United States and abroad.

    Provide counseling on the Eligibility Requirements and deal with the grounds of inadmissibility that may apply to the client.

    Provide assistance in completing N-400's for:
                  -Citizenship, 
                  -VAWA's, Violence Against Woman's Act 
                  -U-Visa's
                 -Violence against undocumented Individuals
                 -Religious Visas
